Set Apart Plumbing is a family-owned plumbing company serving Peoria and the wider West Valley. Our crew installs and repairs water heaters, builds water treatment systems, finds leaks, clears drains, and replaces main lines for homes and businesses across the area.

Morgan and Jeremiah Watson own and operate the company, and they run it as a business that they would want to work with. Our Story

Morgan and Jeremiah spent more than 10 years in the trade before they opened a shop of their own. They picked the name Set Apart Plumbing on purpose. Being set apart describes the standard that the two of them wanted to hold, and they built the company small enough that both owners still know what happens on every job. Our lead technician, Anthony, works alongside them, and the crew has stayed tight for the same reason.

Family ownership changes what a technician is free to say. Because the Watsons answer for every job themselves, our crew will always recommend the smaller repair whenever it is the right one.
